Abstract
Füg, tarih boyu müzik eğitiminde önemli yer tutan müzikal bir unsur olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Füg, katı ve keskin kurallar içinde tonal planı olan, tema, karşı tema, codetta gibi yapısal bileşenlerden oluşan müzikal form olarak tanımlanabilir. Kontrpuanı en üst seviyede içinde bulunduran bir müzik türü olan füg formu, özellikle Barok Dönemde zirveye ulaşmıştır. Bu müzik türünün en önemli temsilcisi bir müzik dehası olan Johann Sebastian Bach’dır. Sanatçının yapıtları ile müzik tarihinde önemli bir aşamaya ulaşan füg, müzik teorisi alanında önemli incelemelere konu olmaktadır.
Bu alanda yapılan çalışmalara göre; fügün vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan kontrpuanı anlamak ve öğrenmek, müzik eğitimi alan ve bu alanda kendini geliştirmek isteyenler için önemli bir kazanım olacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Bu sebeple araştırmanın, kontrpuan tekniğinin eser üzerinde gözlemlenmesi, eserin tonal planı, teması, karşı teması, ara müziği, codettası, eser içindeki strettolar ve bunun gibi yazım tekniklerinin analizi, müzikal donanımların gelişimine bu anlamda katkı sunacağı varsayılmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada füg bölümü hakkında bilgi verilmiş, Johann Sebastian Bach’ın BWV 998 numaralı eserinin füg bölümü incelenmiştir. Eserin form yapısı betimsel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Eser notaları Delcamp edisyonu üzerinden finale nota yazım programıyla bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak veriler, şekiller halinde sıralanmıştır. Araştırmanın alana katkı sunacak bir adım ve geliştirilebilecek yeni çalışmalar için bir zemin olabileceği varsayılmıştır.

Abstract
Fugue attracts attention as a musical element that has an important place in music education throughout history. Fugue can be defined as a musical form that has a tonal plan within strict and sharp rules and consists of structural components such as theme, counter-theme and codetta. Fugue form, a musical genre that incorporates counterpoint at the highest level, reached its peak especially in the Baroque Period. The most important representative of this musical genre is Johann Sebastian Bach, a musical genius. Fugue, which has reached an important stage in the history of music with the artist's works, is the subject of important studies in the field of music theory.
According to studies conducted in this field; It is considered that understanding and learning counterpoint, which is an indispensable part of fugue, will be an important achievement for those who study music and want to improve themselves in this field. For this reason, it is assumed that the research will contribute to the development of musical equipment by observing the counterpoint technique on the work, analyzing the tonal plan of the work, theme, counter-theme, interlude music, codetta, strettos in the work and similar writing techniques.
In this study, information about the fugue section was given and the fugue section of Johann Sebastian Bach's work numbered BWV 998 was examined. The form structure of the work was analyzed descriptively. The notes of the work were transferred to the computer environment with the final score writing program through the Delcamp edition and the data were sorted in figures. It is assumed that the research can be a step that will contribute to the field and be a basis for new studies that can developed.
