Abstract
Rönesans’taki aydınlanma ve gelişimin; toplumun kilisenin gelenekçi dogmatik düşünce baskısıyla geri kalmışlıktan kurtulup, daha özgür daha yaratıcı bir düşünce yapısıyla ve çalışma üretme olanağı ile ilerleyip her alanda gelişimini sağlamaya ortam ve imkan sağladığını göstermektedir. Albrecht Dürer’in gravür sanatında öne çıkmasının nedenleri araştırılarak bu başarının etkenler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Özellikle gravürlerindeki figürler detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş, figürleri bu kadar ilgi çekici ve başarılı kılan faktörler araştırılmıştır.
“Albrecht Dürer’in Gravürlerinde Figürlerin İncelenmesi” adlı çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerine dayanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde saptanan problem doğrultusunda yapılan literatür tarama yoluyla toplanan bilgi, belge ve dokümanlar ile probleme açıklayıcı cevaplar aranmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Rönesans’ın başlaması, gelişimi, “Avrupa’ya Yayılışı”, “Alman Rönesans’ı”, Albrecht Dürer’in Hayatı”, “Gravür Sanatı ve Albrecht Dürer’ in sanattaki katkıları ve önemi”, başlıkları altında Albrecht Dürer’in figürlü baskı resimlerinden yapılan seçkiler üzerinde yapılmıştır.
Dürer’den günümüze ulaşan gravürlerden yapılan seçkiler üzerinde inceleme, araştırma tema, teknik, uygulama inceliği, işçiliği ve ustalığı açısından detaylı araştırma, eser inceleme, tahlil ve tespitler yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmalarla Albrecht Dürer’in Rönesans’taki yeri ve önemi yanında gravürlerindeki figürlerinde işlediği temalar, bu bağlamda figürleri işlerken gösterdiği ince detay işçiliği ve ustalığı üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
Enlighttenment and development in the Renaissance; It shows that the society provides the environment and opportunity to getr id of backwardness due to the traditionalist dogmaatic thought pressure of the church and move forward with a freer, more crative mindset and the opportunitty to produce work, and to develop in every field. The reasons for Albrecht Dürer’s prominence in the art of engraving have been investigated and the factors of this success have been tried to be reveled. Especially the figures in the engravings were examined and researched in detail, and the factors that made the figures so interesting and successful were investigated.
The thesis titled "Examination of Figures in Albrecht Dürer's Engravings" is prepared based on qualitative research methods. In the introduction section of this thesis, information, documents, and materials collected through a literature review were utilized to seek explanatory answers to the identified problem.This study focused on the beginning and development of the Renaissance, its spread to Europe, the German Renaissance, Albrecht Dürer's life, the Art of Engraving, and Albrecht Dürer's contributions and importance in this art. Selections from Albrecht Dürer's prints depicting figures were examined within this study.
Detailed research, work analysis, analysis and determinations were made on the selections made from Dürer’s engravings that have survived to the present day, in terms of research theme, technique, fineness of application, workmanship and mastery. With these studies, Albrecht Dürer’s place and importance in the Renaissance, as wel as the theemes he used in the figures in his engravings, and the fine detail workmanship and mastery he showed when processing the this context, were emphasized.
