Manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Communication and Art must not have been previously published on any platform or in any publication. Simultaneous submissions under consideration elsewhere are not accepted. Only one submission per author is accepted for each issue. Authors may submit up to two manuscripts within the same year across different issues. This policy applies to both individual and co-authored submissions. If an author submits individually, they may not participate as a co-author in another submission for the same issue. Furthermore, if a submission is rejected, the author(s) cannot appear as a contributor in another manuscript within the same issue.
